Penny Smith (Chair) Penny Smith is a broadcaster, journalist and author. She started her career on the Peterborough Evening Telegraph and has worked on radio and television - most notably on Sky News and GMTV. She writes for a number of newspapers and magazines and can be heard periodically on Radio 2.
